1. General

These terms and conditions govern the use of the services provided by Mato Visual Production. By booking any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Mato Visual Production offers photography and videography services. The scope of services is defined in the individual booking agreement. All services are provided on location as agreed.

3. Booking & Payment

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to the full contract amount.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs and video material remain the intellectual property of Mato Visual Production. Clients receive a non-exclusive licence for personal use. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

6. Liability

Mato Visual Production is not liable for circumstances beyond its control (force majeure). Maximum liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

7. Privacy

Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the provision of services and will not be shared with third parties. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

1. Allgemeines

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Dienstleistungen von Mato Visual Production. Mit der Buchung einer Dienstleistung stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen zu.

2. Leistungen

Mato Visual Production bietet Fotografie- und Videografiedienstleistungen an. Der Umfang der Leistungen wird im individuellen Buchungsvertrag festgelegt. Alle Leistungen werden am vereinbarten Ort erbracht.

3. Buchung & Zahlung

Zur Bestätigung einer Buchung ist eine Anzahlung von 30 % erforderlich. Der Restbetrag ist 14 Tage vor der Veranstaltung fällig. Zahlungen können per Banküberweisung oder PayPal erfolgen.

4. Stornierungsbedingungen

Bei Stornierungen mehr als 30 Tage vor der Veranstaltung wird die Anzahlung vollständig erstattet. Bei Stornierungen innerhalb von 30 Tagen verfällt die Anzahlung. Bei Stornierungen innerhalb von 7 Tagen ist der volle Vertragsbetrag zu entrichten.

5. Urheberrecht & Nutzungsrechte

Alle Fotos und Videomaterialien bleiben geistiges Eigentum von Mato Visual Production. Kunden erhalten eine nicht-exklusive Lizenz zur privaten Nutzung. Die gewerbliche Nutzung bedarf einer separaten schriftlichen Vereinbarung.

6. Haftung

Mato Visual Production haftet nicht für Umstände, die außerhalb seiner Kontrolle liegen (höhere Gewalt). Die maximale Haftung ist auf den Wert der erbrachten Dienstleistung beschränkt.

7. Datenschutz

Persönliche Daten, die während des Buchungsprozesses erhoben werden, werden ausschließlich zur Erbringung der Dienstleistungen verwendet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt gemäß der DSGVO.

8. Anwendbares Recht

Diese AGB unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Österreich. Für etwaige Streitigkeiten sind die zuständigen Gerichte in Österreich zuständig.
